What type of curry is this and is it healthy?!
I just looked at what i had in and chucked it all together to make this!. I love cooking and making up recipes and would love to also read some of your mish mashes!.
I got baby plum tomatoes and heat them in a wok until they were all mushy whilst this was happening i sweated some garlic, onion (cut into 8ths), mushrooms and orange pepper!. I also griddled some chicken breast chunks!. At the same time as this i boiled some long grain rice with tumeric to make it yellow!. Once this was all cooked i chucked everything into to wok, added some chicken stock, fresh corriander, a red chilli pepper with seeds removed and some curry power!.
It made loads!!
What else could i add to this mish mash or substite in it!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
