Lasagna help?!

Question: Lasagna help!?
im trying to figure out why does my lasagna come out all greasy after i cook it!?
am i doing something wrong!?
is it because i add a little too much cheese!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Both the cheese and the meat in lasagna recipes can result in the excess oil you are experiencing!.
Use extra lean meat (try turkey!) and part-skim (4% MF) mozzarella/ricotta with your next recipe!.
Should turn out less greasy!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a lasagana and i hate being all greasy, so i can understand wat u mean!.!.!.!. so wen i get in the oven i add a little less cheeze and i add more wen im done cookingWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you put meat in your lasagne, you might want to drain off the grease when you pre-cook it!. also, try using some part-skim or lower fat cheese with your regular cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't use cheap ingredients and drain the meat before adding to the rest of your stuff!.
I grind my own ground beef and use Italian sausage that's on the lean side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
