Should i refrigerate eggs or leave it at room temperature?!

Question: Should i refrigerate eggs or leave it at room temperature!?
Answers:
Egg shells are porous, they dehydrate when left out of the refrigerator, keep them in the cold, then maybe for some recipes, bring them to room temp for 10 minutes before cooking!. To tell if an egg is fresh or not, get a big tall glass of water and pop egg in it, fresher they are the lower they sink if they are really fresh they will be on their side on the bottom, if they hover mid way they are still ok but if they float on the top throw them away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think if you are planning on eating them within a week you could leave them out!. But I would recommend putting them in the fridge so they last longer and that way you wont have to worry about them going bad!. But if you do leave them out make sure the temp!. is not hotter than 80 degrees or they might really go rotten!. :(Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eggs like most food deteriorate slower when you put them in the refrigerator!. As I'm a half a dozen a week egg person!. I only buy that amount of eggs when I go to my local market every Sunday!. That way I don't have eggs that stay longer than one week in the fridge!. Yes, buy fresh!. use them soonest or place them in the fridge for later use so they don't go bad too quickly!. You know how rotten eggs smell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
