This is my basic bread recipe!. I have used it for monkey bread and it works perfectly!. Remember to make the balls pretty tiny cause they keep expanding in the final rise, and the baking time as well: Good luck!.
By the way, consider making a savory version some time with flavored olive oil and herbs!. Great at dinner!.

3 cups flour of choice (AP or Bread)
1? tsp salt
? cup instant dry milk (not liquid)
3 tsp yeast
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/8 cup water (110o)
4 Tbls melted butter

Mix, knead, etc!. Let rise once, make balls, let rise once more, bake!. 350o 25-35 minutes!. I make mine in a bundt pan, well greased!. I am assuming you know how to make the "sauce" that you wish to use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
