Apple-Berry Peanut Butter Wrap

Ingredients
ingredient
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 TBS peanut butter
1/2 medium apple, sliced
1/2 cup blackberries
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup broccoli
1 TBS reduced fat ranch dressing
water

Instructions
1!. Spread peanut butter on tortilla!.
2!. Top with apple slices and blackberries; drizzle with honey!.
3!. Fold tortilla and contents to make a wrap

6!. Sprinkle with cheese!.

I have 4 sons and they all loved this!.
You need peeled bananas!. Cut them in half!. Put popsicle sticks in the ends!. Give your nephew little bowls!.
One bowl with a liquid like applesauce or strawberry/chocolate syrup so the other stuff will stick!.
The other bowls should have something like coconut, seeds, crushed graham crackers, crushed Oreos, Sprinkles, red sugar, etc!.
