Does anyone know how to make the bruschetta from houllihans?!
i basically want to know what gets mixed in the fresh tomoato part of it and how do they get the goat cheese so creamey!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Assemble the bruschetta just before serving or set out the prepared ingredients and let guests make their own!.

16 baguette slices, cut 1/2 inch thick on the diagonal
7 ounces soft goat cheese
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 small red onion, minced
directions
Toast the bread slices to warm them!. Spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and top with 1 tablespoon of tomato and 1 teaspoon of onion!. Serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
