I have always found that the oversweet centers of some chocolates detracted from the confection and had flavors or consistancies that were questionable!. Fruits made nice bases for chocolates but one had to be careful about preservation, some needing some refridgeration!. I also recall a time when I would visit a girl whom I was very fond of, at her family candy shop!. Donna would give me samples of white chocolate as they were a bit easier on teen complexions!. That needs equal representation!. If your reading this now, Donna, yes it's true, I had a crush on you! I think of you when I eat white chocolate to this day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whatever you make, I think you shouldn't make the chocolate too rich, we get free posh Belgium chocs but they're so rich I can only eat one!. But you should try Tesco Orchard fruits, white chocolate but they melt in the mouth and taste fantastic, yet I've not seen anything like it anywhere else!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
you can look up some recipes online and then make slight changes to make the recipes your own!. like adding an axtract for a slightly different flavor and changing some of the measurements to give it a different texture!. but there are thousands of recipes for that stuff online!. good luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
