You didn't mention what you have in the fridge, but here are some ideas:
1!. English muffins, toasted, with sliced tomatos and melted cheese!.
2!. Peanut butter, banana slices, on whole grain crackers
3!. Yogurt with fresh fruit, honey and raisins!.
4!. Nachos with shredded cheese, olives, jalapenos, or salsa, and tortilla chips (or Triscuits if you have them)
5!. Peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwich
6!. Sliced avocado on whole wheat with provolone and bacon!.
7!. Bacon and tomato sandwich
8!. Waffles or pancakes

Tuna salad on crackers is good!. Or you can make an open-faced tuna melt!. Make (or use ready-made) some tuna salad, spread it on a piece of bread, top with a slice of cheese and put it in the toaster oven or under the broiler!. Watch it so it doesn't burn!. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes in the oven!. And tuna salad's super easy to make: canned tuna, mayo, celery or onion, and some chopped pickles with a squeeze of lemon is the way I make it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take some club crackers, wrap a piece of bacon around it and sprincle with parmasian cheese!. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes! they are so good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
