I would say about 180 deg for about twenty to twenty five mins!.!.!.cook in a baine Marie!.!.!.(stand cooking dish in a dish of water) will ensure that the custard mix is cooked, and the top will be brown!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
