1 lb!. ground beef
1 pkg!.dry Onion Soup mix
3 oz!. tomato paste
1 cup Cheese Crumbles
1 4oz!. container egg substitute
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1!.) Mix hamburger & onion soup mix in skillet and cook until meat is
no longer pink!. Add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes!. Strain
excess drippings from meat mixture!.
2!.)Meanwhile mix corn muffin mix as directed and spread a thin layer
in a 8" square cake pan!. Set remaining mixture aside!.
3!.)Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese crumbles!.
4!.)Add meat mixture and spread evenly!.
5!.)Sprinkle remaining cheese over meat mixture
6!.)Pour egg substitute over meat & cheese mixture!.
7!.)Spread top with remaining muffin mix & bake 25 minutes at 350
degrees or until golden brown!.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Catsup
2 TBLS!. Molasses
1/2 tsp!. dry mustard
Mix Thoroughly !
Cook in a crock pot until!.!.!.hot!.!.!.hot!.!.!.hot!
Stuffed Peppers for 2
(Can be doubled, tripled!.!.etc!.)
Mix together:
1/2 lb!.Hamburger (or gr!. turkey)
a pkg!. of onion soup mix
3/4 of 1 small can tomato paste!.
1/2 cup rice
Prepare peppers!.!.!.!.!.cut off top and take out seeds!.
Fill with meat mixture!. Place in an oven proof dish/pan that has a lid!.
Place any extra meat mixture in bottom of pan or make a couple of patties & freeze for future use!.
Mix remaining tomato paste with can of tomatoes (crushed!.!.!.!.diced!.!.!.etc!. whatever you want to use!.)
Pour tomatoe mixture around peppers, cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour!.
Serve with cornbread or garlic bread!.
Poor Man’s Swiss Steak
(can be doubled!. Etc!.)

small amount dices onion
Spread in a square baking pan!.
Pour: 1 can mushroom soup
1 can water

Pour over meat mixture!.

Mix one can of good baked beans
We use a good sized can of beans (14-16 ounces, I think) and
get a kind that we like (maybe with brown sugar, onion, and bacon)!.
There are several kinds of good baked beans!.
and a package of Oscar Meier Weiners (all sliced up)!.
with a can of whole kernel corn (drained)
Any way, heat up these three ingredients, and serve with brown bread
(maybe toasted !?) and a glass of milk!.
It doesn't get any easier than this, and is suprisingly good!

Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and membranes!. Cook peppers in simmering water to cover for 10 to 15 minutes!. Brown ground beef and onions; pour off excess grease!. Add seasonings, rice, corn, and tomato sauce!. Heat until hot and bubbly!. Spoon filling into peppers; place in casserole dish!. Place extra filling, if any, around stuffed peppers!. Bake stuffed peppers at 350° for 20 minutes!.
Taco Pie: 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
8 ounces shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
1 (14!.5 ounce) package crushed tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
Lay crescent dough flat on the bottom of a square cake pan and bake according to package directions!.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat!. Add the taco seasoning and stir together well!. When dough is done, remove from oven and place meat mixture on top, then layer with sour cream and cheese, and then top off with the crushed nacho chips!.
Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted!.

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
MIX all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce!.
SHAPE meat mixture into two oval loaves, side by side, in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce!.
BAKE at 375°F for 25 minutes or until center is no longer pink!. Makes 6 to 8 servings!.
Note: Recipe can be prepared in muffin pans!. Prepare as directed, pressing into 12 muffin cups!. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until center is no longer pink!.
Variation: For Easy Southwestern Meatloaf, add 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce to meat mixture!. Continue as directed!.

Take a head of cabbage, shred, 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and the chopped meat sauted in a dice onion and 1 clove of minced garlic!. If you would like to add white wine or red that would be fine, of course, add salt, pepper and Maggi (if you have it)

Add meat and brown!. once meat has browned add about a cup of milk!. let milk absorb into meat!. once it has add a splash of cheap red wine, stir for a couple of minutes then add a tin of chopped tomatoes!. fill the tin up with water and add as welll!. cook on a low to mid heat for as long as you can (the longer the better)!. serve with your favourite pasta, good glass of red wine, parmasan cheese and crusty bread for the best bolognaise ever!. - trust me, THIS is how to wn friends and influence people!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ragu Original spaghetti sauce (2 Jars)
1 can Corn
1 can Sliced olives
LOTS of shredded cheese
Flour Tortillas(1 package)
saute onions until see through!. add ground beef, season, and cook until browned!. add Ragu 1 to 1 1/2 jars, corn &olives!.
In deep casserole dish place tortilla(cover as much of the bottom with tortilla as possible), then a layer of sauce, then a layer of cheese!. do this repeatedly untl sauce is gone, or there is no room!. you want the last layer to be cheese!.
cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until cheese in middle is bubbling!. (if cheese is cooking too fast, cover with tin foil)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have the same dilemma!. Sometimes I brown the ground meat, drain it, return to the pan, add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and any thing else that catches my eye for a spice!. If I have onion, I add a little of that, tomatoes and cheese and put it in a pocket with ketchup!. Something different!. I also make Dirty Rice (http://www!.zatarains!.com/content!.cfm!?id=!.!.!. Zatarains makes a great mix it you don't want to do it from scratch!. I also add a can (drained ) or frozen corn to it!. It's really, really good!.

I had left over hamburger that was cooked, I tossed it back in the pan and heated it up spaghetti sauce and put it on a yummy roll with mozzarella!. It was like a cross between sloppy joes and meatball subs!. My hubby loved it! Now we fondly call it Sloppy Giuseppe : )Www@FoodAQ@Com
Make some American chop suey as my mom calls it!.!.!.all you do is cook the hamburger meat and add a can of tomato sauce!.!.!.maybe some onions too!.!.!.its almost like a meat sauce but its more meaty than a regular meat sauce if that makes sense!.!.!.
