The trick with any meat that you cook on the BBQ is to not tern the steak to many times!. once only 4min on each side if the steak in thick that wy you don't loose the juices and don't poke the steak either turn it with tongs and not a fork where you can pierce the meat and let the juices to run which you don't want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinade your steaks in tea for about 12 hours!. The tannin in tea is a natural tenderizer!.
Don't salt the steaks before grilling!.
Always turn steaks with tongs!.
Only turn once!.
Baste with good bourbon just before removing from the grill and cook one more minute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I marinade my steaks in a red wine, just get a zip lock plastic bag,put steak in and add 1 cup wine, remove all the air and close bag, turning every 3/4 th hour or so, I usually do this for a few hours, very good, or just use a can of coke or 7-upWww@FoodAQ@Com

A grill won't make a steak tender, it has to be grown tender on the hoof!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
