Question: What should I do with this sirloing tip steak!?
I have this steak and I have twice baked potatoes workin already!.!. I just really don't know what to do with the steak!. I'm looking for a fairly simple solution since I'm not quite the ace in the kitchen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Place it in a pan with onions and bell peppers, add a little worschestire and steak sauce!. cover it, and place it over med low heat, and braise it for an hour!. you now have a smothered steak with potatoes, and the gravy that the steaks make is also so yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinate it first!.!.maybe with some teriyaki sauce or Worcestershire sauce and seasonings then I would grill it along with some onions and peppers!. (Just take a whole onion and pepper, put some butter on it in some foil and top it with some garlic or whatever seasonings you like) and grill it with the steak!. If you don't have any sauces to marinate it with then just use some red wine or balsamic vinegar or even just Italian dressing works great too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are several kinds of marinades that only take about a 1/2 before cooking!. I would try that and throw it on the grill!. Otherwise I would use McCormick's Steakhouse Grinder - it's wonderful and tenderizes the meat!. (here is the link: http://www!.mccormick!.com/productdetail!.c!.!.!. Here is another link for a marinade that I used on steak tips every time I make them, but i marinade for a minimum of 3 days: http://www!.allegromarinade!.com/
I use the one on the home page!. Not sure where you are from, but I can get it at any of my local grocery stores!. Good luck and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

tenderize it first, (beat it up, a mallet or a fry pan what ever is handy) to break the fibers of the meat!. season it sirloin is NOT a tender cut of meat on its own!. cook it FAST grilling is great!.
Good Luck, MMMM sounds good already :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
