I need cooking instructions for pork loin ribs and a lime marinade recipe?!


Question: I need cooking instructions for pork loin ribs and a lime marinade recipe!?
I have a little over two pounds of pork ribs!. I'd like to bake them, but for how long!? And at what temperature!?
I also would possibly like to make a lime marinade for them!. I have several fresh limes and basic seasonings!. Thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
generously salt, pepper and brown sugar your ribs on both sides!. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil!.
Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 3 hours!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.or longer if you wish!.
You can do this one day in advance!.
Allow the ribs to cool, otherwise they'll fall apart!.
Next place the ribs either directly on the grill or on a broiler pan!.
grill or broil with your favorite bar-b-que sauce!. If you choose to grill, your grill should be on medium heat and grill for 15 mins with sauce on!.
If you broil you'll only leave the ribs under the broiler for 5 minutes with sauce on them!.

If you allow them to bake really long and at a low heat they will fall apart and be super delicious!. If you bake them at a high temp for a short time they will be tough and not so good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

after yearsof cooking competition bbq and beng very succesful in pork spare ribs!.!. a marinade with limes is okay, i prefer a sweeter brown sugar and a kick of spice makes for a great rib!.!.!.as we say in comp cooking low and slow is the way to go!.!. sear in a pan if your cookig indoors,then slow cook at 190-210 deg 2 hrs!. suace em up and wrap them in a tinfoil wrap airtight!. cook another 1 hr and i promise you wont regret them!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/4 cup mirin (syrupy rice wine, available at Asian markets and some supermarkets) or sweet sherry
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh gingerroot
2/3 cup beer (not dark)
