Ah, the old "peel rhubarb" chestnut!. As a professional greengrocer, I am often asked this question!. Especially in the hight of the rhubarb season: April to June!.

You're right!.Never peel rhubarb!. Just wash,chop and cook!.By peeling,you're taking away half of the goodness!.
