Ah, the old "peel rhubarb" chestnut!. As a professional greengrocer, I am often asked this question!. Especially in the hight of the rhubarb season: April to June!.

The answer is "no to peeling"!. But "yes to cleaning"!. And don't be tempted to eat raw dipped in sugar!. Tastes kind of ok, but give you the most terrible botty squits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
