This is great, and is quite simple to make!. Originally made with 3 different Italian cheeses!. I make it with 1 or 2, just as tasty, and cheaper and simpler!

500g dry ziti pasta (Other tube shapes are fine)
1 onion, chopped
500g ground beef
750g (about 2 jars) tomato pasta sauce
300ml sour cream
400g cheese - estimate!. You can break this down into two cheeses, I use cheddar and mozerella or just use cheddar!. (Authentic recipe would you provolone, mozarella and parmesan)

Cook pasta till al dente (slightly hard in the middle)

Brown the onion and beef, add pasta sauce and simmer for 15 minutes!. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C) Butter a dish, layer 1/2 pasta, layer of cheese, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, rest of ziti, layer of cheese and remaining sauce!. Sprinkle mozerella on the top (or any other cheese)

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese melts!.

Serve with salad and bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Im 14 and just 2 days ago i made a pasta bake!. in this there was:

5 rashons of bacon
1 onion
1/8 of red green and yellow peppers
salt and black pepper to season to taste
cheese sauce!.

cook the pasta and leave to cool on one side!. fry the chopped bacon, onions, red green and yellow peppers with some black pepper and a pinch of salt!. fry until the bacon is cooked!. to make the cheese sauce add some cream to the fried bacon and add the cheese straight after and stir repeatedly until melted!. take off the fire and put your pasta in a oven proof dish and add the cheese sauce mix on top!. mix the sauce in the pasta and add some cheese on top of the pasta and leave in the oven until the top has turned golden!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Potato and Sausage Ravioli, or Ravioli di Patate e Salsiccia: One might be surprised to encounter potatoes in the filling of stuffed pasta, but they work very well and do an excellent job of supporting the ingredients that provide the flavor, which would simply be too strong by themselves!. In this case, sausages!. The recipe will serve 4:
Prep Time: 90 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
The Ravioli
3 potatoes
6 ounces (150 g) mild Italian sausage
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmigiano
An egg
A medium-sized onion, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
A small bunch parsley, minced
A pinch each nutmeg and marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound (450 g) fresh pasta (store-bought or home made; see below link to instructions if need be)
--
The Sauce can be Either
The drippings form a roast (see below link)
Butter and sage, with freshly grated Parmigiano
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes until a skewer penetrates easily, peel them, and rice them, collecting the mashed potato in a large bowl!. While the potatoes are boiling, remove the casings from the sausages and crumble the sausage meat into a skillet; add the olive oil, onion, and parsley, and cook, stirring, until the sausage meat has browned and the onion is golden (don't let it overbrown)!. Stir the mixture into the potatoes, along with the Parmigiano, egg, and herbs!. Mix well and check seasoning!. Take your sheet of dough, dot half of it with heaping teaspoons of filling at 2-inch (5 cm) intervals, fold the other half of the sheet over the first, tamp down around the filling to join the sheets, and cut the ravioli free with a serrated pastry wheel!. Cook them for a minute or two, until they rise to the surface and the pasta is al dente, in abundant salted water, and serve them with either melted butter and sage or with the drippings from a roast!. And in either vase grated Parmigiano!.
