To really get the smooth texture!.!.first of all, it starts with making sure your rue (the flour and butter mixture or some type of fat added to the flour) is smooth and blended well (if you don't blend in the flour enough then it will never get smooth and end up grainy), then make sure to add a good melting cheese!.!.!.some types of cheddar cheeses will not produce the outcome of a smooth sauce!. The sauce that I tend to use most of the time is to make a rue first then add your milk and half a block of Velveeta cheese!.!.!.it is TO DIE FOR!!! There are many websites that will help you with different sauce recipes if you want to experiment!. Good Luck to you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

easy!. heat about a cup pf chicken broth in a skillet and add about 1/3 a cup of cream cheese and 1/4 cup of parmesan!. wait until it simmers and viola!.!.!.it turns out the best if you are cooking veggies/chicken and add the broth, cream cheese, and parmesan onto it and cook it althogether!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
