Answers:
It is like pasta dough but just pieces, not shapes!. It has the same ingredients as pasta!. You can flavor it any way you like!.
Yesterday I made an Italian flavor couscous!. Carmelized onions and garlic in olive oil, added shredded zucchini, whole peeled tomatoes, some cubed pastrami, parmesean cheese and couscous!. yum!. I think I want to try a stroganoff flavor using couscous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on if you are using something out of a box or if you are using just dried couscous!.

Done from raw, it needs to be steamed over whatever stew you want to put over the top of it later in a Couscouserie!.

But, if you are like me, you use the Middle East brand boxed Couscous!.

I make a chicken stew with spices and things and then pour out the broth and then add 2 cups of it back into the Couscous!.

After the fluid is absorbed, I then put the stew contents over the couscous!. Stewed chicken is my favorite along with a sauce of carmelized onions, raisins, cinnamon and roasted almonds!.

Very tasty!

I can e-mail you the recipe for the stew, but I have to find it first!.

I know it consists of chicken broth, carrots, turnips, onions, ginger, cilantro, tumeric, and saffron!.!.!.and chicken of course!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, the cous cous itself of course, and then various steamed or boiled vegetables!. As far as I remember, pumpkin went over pretty well, as well as zucchini, chick peas!. It was served with some kind of liquid on top - either the water from the boiled vegetables or, more likely, chicken broth,
