Well there are two schools of thought on hamburgers!.

Firstly, season it with just salt and pepper and allow the natural flavor of the meat come through

Secondly, add flavorings to the meat to enhance the meat

I rather go the with first one, just season it with salt and pepper and buy quality beef, like ground chuck and ground sirloin and allow the flavor of the beef come through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you need-
7% fat ground beef
Cheddar Cheeze
Syringe
Onions
Buns
whatever you like on burgers
--------------------------------------!.!.!.
you do-

dice the onions
roll the beef through the onions
put the burger on the grill/pan (however you cook it)
melt the cheese in a small microwavable bowl
once the burger is starting to brown, suck some melted cheese into the syringe and inject it into the burger in 4-5 places!. (not alot just enough to give it a little taste!.)
flip the burger and let it finish cooking!.
remove, prepare for eating, eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take some good quality Ground Chuck!.!.(seems to work the best as it usually has about 15-20% fat) and you need that to keep the meat moist!.!.!.then add some garlic powder, minced onion and Worcestershire sauce to the mix!.!.Try not to over-mix it as it tends to make the burgers tough!. I also spread a garlic butter mix on the buns and grill those as well until golden brown!.!.Then when the burgers are done to your liking, load your favorite toppings on and enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
