Consider making your taco meat out of lean ground turkey instead of beef!. Or better yet, use lentils that you season in the same manner as regular taco meat!. Serve with lower fat versions of sour cream and shredded cheese!. Add tomato wedges, shredded lettuce and a few olive!. Taco's are great all by themselves or with refried black beans and spanish rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could do shredded chicken breast instead of hamburger for the taco!. That is certainly healthier!. And if you really want healthy, skip the taco shell and make yourself a taco salad without the shell, as well!. Just lettuce, taco meat, sliced tomatoes, a little cheese, sauce and low fat sour cream!. Now that would be a TRUE taco salad!! And oh so healthy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
