Artichoke hearts Q (Pls read details) ?!

Question: Artichoke hearts Q (Pls read details) !?
What to do with the marinated vinegar solution after finishing the entire can of Artichoke!?

It's vinegar it taste great with the artichoke itself, but is there any possible use for the remaining liquid after the artichokes are finished gone!?

PS: I'm referring to one of those huge Cosco jars of 65 oz "Halves and Quarters" Artichoke hearts!.

PS: Feel free to answer if you know a way to use it for cooking (maybe!?)!. Anything other option beside throwing the liquid away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My local pizzeria uses it as a base for their breadstick dipping sauce!. I think they mix it 50/50 with olive oil!. It is quite yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could make salad dressing out of it (add a little olive oil) as it is vinegar based and has seasoning in it!. Keep refrigerated whatever you do and use it up quickly!.

Can be used as a quick marinade too!. But then throw it outWww@FoodAQ@Com

Use it as a marinade for steaks or chicken!. For steaks add that with A-1 steak sauce!.!.marinate for 2 hours and throw it on the grill!. For Chicken add to duck sauce!.!.marinate 2 hours and on the grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
