I have had it spread on some mini slices of whole wheat bread, no butter, and it was also good!. Sometimes having 2 of something smaller can fool you into thinking you're actually getting to eat more!.

Use it in place of oil in some recipes for cakes and muffins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat it plain with a spoon but also try it on biscuits, but for a diet, try whole wheat bread or pumpernikle toast!. Pumpernickel will pair great because it has a buttery taste without actual butter!!! ha!.
