Has anyone heard of a soup/stew flavouring (liquid) called Maggy/Maggie?!

Question: Has anyone heard of a soup/stew flavouring (liquid) called Maggy/Maggie!?
It's in a dark brown bottle and I think it had a red and yellow label!. I'm pretty sure it was German but you used to be able to get it in the UK!. Can't find it anywhere anymore and I'm desperate for some!. Does anyone know anywhere that sells it in the UK!?

Thank you :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love it!!
You cannot get it in Aldi or Lidl and I've never seen it in Tescos or other big British supermarkets!. Over here (Hull) they sell it in every Indian and Continental Shop, ethnic foodstore and in all the polish supermarkets that seem to open all over!.
Good luck finding it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!. Maggi is a Nestlé brand of instant soups, stocks, ketchups and instant noodles!. The alimentary company came into existence in 1872 in Switzerland, when Julius Maggi took over his father's mill!. It quickly became a pioneer of industrial food production, aiming at the improvement of the nutrition of worker families!. It was the first to bring protein-rich legume meal to the market, which was followed by ready-made soup based on legume meal in 1886!.

Are you sure it's German!? I thought it's Asian!. You definitely can get it anywhere in local Asian supermarkets!. It's quite a common and trusted brand of seasoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Doesn't it contain lots of monosdium glutamate which of course makes everything taste good!.

Your best trying those specialist shops that sell foods for foreigners!. Though you may be charged an arm and a leg! I have seen it in africa and middle east!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
