I would like to come up with an idea for a "bulffalo wing salad". It can be either lettuce based or pasta!

Question: I would like to come up with an idea for a "bulffalo wing salad"!. It can be either lettuce based or pasta
based!. Obviously it needs to contain ranch dressing!. Can you give me an idea of what else to put in it to make a super-yummy salad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I make a boneless buffalo wing salad!. Here's how I do it:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small chunks!. Dip in hot sauce, then into flour mixed with salt & pepper!. Lay them on a baking sheet & spray them with cooking spray (or fry in a little oil - I prefer baked, but my husband prefers fried)!. Bake at 350, or fry, until crisp & done all the way through!. Meanwhile, make salad out of favorite veggies (I use lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green or yellow peppers, radishes, etc!.), a little shredded cheddar or a few chunks of bleu cheese, and some french fried onions!. Toss salad & top with chicken chunks!. Use favorite dressing (you said ranch - I prefer raspberry vinagrette - my husband prefers bleu cheese)!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

that sounds like it would be a great idea!. i think it could work either way!. if you make it salad based it could also have a bleu cheese dressing!. you could be in purple cabbage and whole cherry tomatoes with a cheese of choice!. also croutons!. things to keep it simple, yets delicious!. if you were to make it with pasta your best bet would be to use elbow macoroni!. maybe with the ranch sauce and diced onions!. tell me what you eventually decide on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ok, how about,
iceberg lettuce cut up in chunks,
shredded cheddar,
bacon bits,
black olives,
green onion chopped,
catalina dressing
mix then add
chicken tenders that were cooked buffalo styleWww@FoodAQ@Com

well, lots of places have them on their menu, i would try using blue cheese instead of ranch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
