My boyfriend is very skinny and wants me to help him gain weight , he doesn't like protein shakes so Im going to have to start cooking but I don't know many recipes!.!. so I want some recipes from real people like yourselfs!. please help!.!. My whole family loves spoonburgers and "poor man' stroganoff"! Here are the recipes:
Spoonburgers:
1!.5 lbs ground beef
1 can french onion soup
2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef, and drain all but about 1 tablespoon of the grease!. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir to combine!. Add the can of french onion soup and stir!. Let the mixture simmer about 10 minutes, until you get the consistency of sloppy joes!. Season to taste!. Serve on hamburger buns!.
"poor man's stroganoff":
1!.5 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Brown the meat with the chopped onion!. Add the sour cream, soup, and salt, pepper, and garlic powder!. Simmer about 10 minutes!. Serve over egg noodles!.

Cook Time: 3 Minutes Ready In: 2 Hours 25 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
mix
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping,
thawed
1 (16 ounce) package chocolate graham crackers
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1!. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and 3 cups milk; mix well!. Fold in whipped topping and beat with mixer for 2 minutes!.
2!. In a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish!.

Here's a cheeseburger casserole recipe that I created!. We all love it, including our 5 year old!. You might want to double it for your neighbors because their family is so large!. :
1 lb!. ground beef
1/4 onion, minced
1 cloves garlic, minced
14 1/2 oz!. can diced tomatoes
2 cups raw macaroni, (cook according to package directions and drain)
1 can Campbells Cheddar cheese soup
salt & pepper to taste
Saute the onion and garlic in a little olive oil!. Add the ground beef and brown!. Add the diced tomatoes, including the liquid in the can!. Simmer until the liquid is mostly reduced!.!.!.5 to 10 minutes!. Stir in the macaroni and Cheddar cheese soup!. Heat through!.
Deep Dish Pizz-a-Roni
1 box beef flavor Rice-a-Roni
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 3/4 cups hot water
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup spaghetti sauce
8 slices Monterey jack cheese
2 Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 (2 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Prepare Rice-a-Roni with butter and water, according to package directions!. Let stand until all liquid is absorbed!. Fold in Cheddar cheese!. Spread into 10-inch pie plate!. Bake at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes to set crust!.
Top with spaghetti sauce, sliced cheese, sausage, Parmesan and mushrooms!. Top with additional spaghetti sauce, if desired!. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes or until lightly brown!.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges!.
Tomatoe Pie
4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 (9-inch) prebaked deep dish pie shell
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup grated cheddar
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
Place the tomatoes in a colander in the sink in 1 layer!. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 10 minutes!.
Layer the tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell!. Season with salt and pepper!. Combine the grated cheeses and mayonnaise together!. Spread mixture on top of the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned!.

My guy loves my chicken parmasan!.!.!.
2 boneless chicken breasts
Oil for cooking
1 egg
Italian Bread crumbs
spaghetti
1 jar of spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
Dip the chicken in the egg and then the bread crumbs!.!. Cook on the stove till each side is brown, about 14 minutes!.
Put chicken in oven pan and cover it with some spaghetti sauce
Cook for about 30 minutes at 425
Cook up spaghetti and serve!.!.!.

first get some boneless chicken,shrimp,and broccoli cook all in separate pots ( they cook at different times) just simmer all! then put all in one pan season, ms!. dash, garlic and natures seasoning add bertolli's alfredo sauce simmer for about 20 minutes also will simmering sauce and stuff cook fettucine noodles in another pot, when finished drain noodles! afterwards put noodles on a plate and pour sauce over noodles and top with parmesean cheese! finish with a fresh salad and garlic bread! i promise he will enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com
