Question: How many cups of sugar are there per pound!?
I am organizing a charity baking event and need to purchase the groceries!. Does anyone know of a website that has conversions of how many cups of sugar and flour are needed per pound!? That way I know how much to purchase!.

this is plus/minus a bit, but I recall that being the accepted generic!.

2 and a half cups per pound!. Granulated!.!.!.
