Answers:
try adding some italian seasonings to the meat while cooking!.!.!.!.!.parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, maybe garlic!Www@FoodAQ@Com

2lb ground pork

1Tbls salt

1 Tbls ground fennel seed!. Start with whole fennel seeds, and use your spice grinder attachment on your blender to grind them up, or do it manually in a mortar and pestle!.

11/2 Tbls sweet paprika

1Tbls finely minced fresh garlic

1Tbls sugar

1tsp black pepper

3 Tbls red wine vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together!.!.!.and you have Italian sausage! You can use this mix right away, but it will get better after about 12 hours in the fridge!.

OR EVEN BETTER:

5-lbs coarsely ground pork
1-cup cold wine (red or white), or water
1-cup chopped fresh parsley
5-tsp salt
1-tbsp garlic powder or-4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
1-tbsp fresh ground pepper
2 to 3-tsp cayenne
5-tbsp fennel seed
2-tsp crushed chili peppers
5-tbsp paprika
1-tsp anise, optional (ground)

Mix all seasoning together with 1-cup cold liquid
Mix seasonings with ground meatWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can try to make it more Italian tasting by adding crushed Italian seasoning, fennel seed and onion and garlic powder to your sausage as you brown it with your ground beef!. If you like hot Italian sausage, add some crushed red pepper to your sausage, too!.

you probably don't need to add sage as it is the main seasoning in pork breakfast sausage!. The main flavor in Italian sausage is fennel seed!. Without that you cannot get the Italian sausage taste!. You could add garlic and italian spices too but fennel seed is the key!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont know if there would be anyhting!?!?
