This is so funny to me when I saw your question!. I had never made Baby Back Ribs until this past weekend!. I found this really great, easy recipe that came out absolutely delicious!!

#1 You have to take the sinew off the back of the ribs, that's that funky skin that's on the back!.

Rub seasoning mix all over (like Montreal seasoning), that's what I used, but any dry seasoning will work!. Then rub liberally with barbeque sauce all over the ribs!. (By the way, I cut the ribs into 2 even sized pieces!. Marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight!. This really helps the outcome greatly! Then wrap EACH rib tightly in aluminium foil!. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 2 1/2 hours and they will literally fall off the bone!. After you take them out of the oven, I let them cool down a bit, then put them on the gas grill to crisp up!. If you don't have a gas grill you can broil them for a few minutes on both sides!.

Then Enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

at first just season ribs with a dry rub ONLY - any spices you like mixed with brown sugar - liquid will burn to quick!
place on foil lined shallow baking sheet meat side up
cook low and slow for best results
i bake them at uncovered at 250 for about 3 hours
after 3 hours coat in your bottled sauce and turn oven to broil
until you get a nice crips skinWww@FoodAQ@Com

season them wrap them in heavy duty foil, place on cookie sheet bake 400 for at least 1 hour to an hour and 20 min!. at that point i have the grill real hot rove the ribs from the foil place on another cookie sheet and bast with bar b q grill on both sides for about 10 min each side!. these come out fabulous enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I boil them first - then coat with bar b q sauce and let sit in the fridge all day - then I heat up the barbeque and finish them on there!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
