I would recommend something rather light to compliment the lightness of the ceviche!. Maybe a homemade angel food cake with fresh berries and mint leaves on top, or, for a summery dessert, try a lemon tart to compliment the acidity of the ceviche but add some sweetness to the meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh, yum! Cevhiche!

I would suggest this:

Either would be great!. Happy eating! "]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something with citrus would be best I think!. You could do something like oranges gently poached in grand marnier and served with cream, easy and delicious!. Otherwise lemon tart or lemon meringue pie!. Or maybe a light lemon cake served with poached blueberries and cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ceviche is more of an appitizer not a mean dish!
so it really depends on what you are serving as a main dish!Www@FoodAQ@Com
