How can u tell whether meat is cooked rear, medium rear,or well done?!
Answers:
when meat is still raw, it would look red and uncooked!.
when meat is cooked fully, it should be full brownish or tan!. If it's still a little uncooked, it would still have raw parts (noticeably reddish parts)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you don't want to cut your meat open here's a tip
using your hand, bend your pointer finger to the fleshy part below your thumb (same hand), then feel the steak with your finger, if the meat feels the same as your fleshy part under the thumb it is well done, middle finger to fleshy=medium rare, index finger (next to pinkie) to fleshy=rare!.
How do you prefer your steak!?
Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

An experienced cook can tell by sight, but to be safe, buy a meat thermometer - they're very inexpensive, and come with a chart on the package telling you at what temperature your meat will be rare, medium, well done or in between!. You use the meat thermometer by sticking it in the meat, not touching any bone, like it was a big needle!. Push the tip of the thermometer right down to the middle of the thickest part of the meat before you take a reading!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You push on it with your finger!. The "harder" it is the more cooked it is!. It is a touch you will have to develop over time!.
