How do you sautee your meatballs?!


Question: How do you sautee your meatballs!?
I'm very very new to cooking!.!.
I plan on making a romantic dinner for my date this Saturday!.
I'm making this yummy pasta bake and I want to add in meatballs!.
I'm cooking the shells and making my own sauce ( crushed tomato, olive oil, red pepper, salt, garlic, lemon juice!. white white, parmesan cheese, butter and flour) and I am going to bake this pasta in a pan with a layer of cheese on top!.
I have bought premade meatballs (frozen) for the pasta!.!.
( i only get four hours for this date :/ so I have to be quick on the cooking lol)
I want to sautee the meatballs to make them taste yummy!.!.
I was thinking butter and olive oil!.!.but what would you sugest I do to cook these meatballs!? ingrediants n such thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cook my meatballs in a 450 degree oven on a broiler pan, coated with cooking spray!. You only have to turn them once before they are done (unless they are very large meatballs)!. They get brown quickly, so keep your eye on them!.

You are young so little keleries more will not be the problame so have the meatball half fried in butter only and covered with cottage cheese, rest you have narrated and know wellWww@FoodAQ@Com
