place ribs in your covered pan with a couple tablespoons vinegar and a couple tablespoons of sugar sprinkled on top, then sprinkle a couple tablespoons of "pickling spices" on top!.!.!.!.!.I know sounds weird but trust me I make the best ribs and get rave reviews on them!.!.!.!.!. when done discard liquid and proceed to grill!.

preheat grill to med and add your sauce to coat and cook till they reach a nice colorWww@FoodAQ@Com

Here is a simple rub that u can use

2 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cups chili powder
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cayan pepper (optional)
1/8cup garlic powder
1/8cup pepper!.

1!. Rub ribs with rub!.

2!. Put ribs on roasting dish, add bbq sauce, water and half a onion!.

3!. Put roasting pan on grill at temp 350, let bbq sauce and water boil ribs until they r halfway done!. Have grill lid closed during this step!.

4!. Reduce heat to 275 then remove ribs from roasting pan and put directly on grill turning them once every 20 minutes!. Add bbq sauce everytime u turn the ribs!.

5!. Cook ribs untill meat starts to fall on bone or to your likeing!.

6!. Remove from grill and enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I dredge my beef ribs in flour, paprika, salt & chili powder, and just put them on a baking sheet at 350-375 for about 45 min!. It's just to seal the juices in; and get some of the fat out of them, before you grill them!. Add the BBQ sauce the last 5-10 min of grilling, and serve extra sauce on the side!.!.!.!.!.!.!.If they're PORK ribs, you parboil them, instead of the oven!. Cover with water and simmer about 45 min, with spices in the water!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bake mine all the way, no grilling!. Season well, squeeze lemon over and bake in a slow oven, @ 300 - 325 for up to 2 hours!. You can add some water to the pan, near the end to keep them moist and/or cover last 1/2 hour!. Brush with BBQ sauce or serve on the side, as I do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would just bake them in the oven at 180C for about half an hour in a covered roaster!.
By that time I would imagine they would be ready to eat!.
Why bother with a grill, it doesn't make sense to cook them once and then cook them a second time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you've got a big enough pot, try boiling them in 7Up! Yeah, it sounds crazy, but tastes reallllllly good!. Once they're mostly cooked, just throw them on the grill to brown them up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i normally bake mine in a glass dish in the ovenWww@FoodAQ@Com
