I'm planning to make Indian food. Should I add yogurt, cream, sour cream or coconut milk?!
I've heard of all of these options working!. What I'm making is tomato based!. Which one do you think is best!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made Indian today too!. I used a small tub of plain yoghurt!. I would add Coconut Milk to a Thai curry usually!. Cream I would use as a last resort, and sour cream never really tried!.
I'd go with Yoghurt, but not too much!!!
I finely chopped some onions and cucumber (for a side dish with the naan bread) and you could use yoghurt with that too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yogurt is very typical in Indian food!. If you don't have yogurt, sour cream is a good substitute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
