I bought 2 steaks for dinner tonight....?!
I can't tell you what kind they are since I am not at home right now but they are fairly small!.
How can I cook these!? I DO NOT HAVE A GRILL!!!!
Should I tenderize before hand!?

Marinate them for a half hour or so!. Put your oven on broil, and get a timer!. Once the oven is broiling away put them about six inches under the top broil element!. Set your timer for three minutes!. Flip them and go another three minutes!. Now repeat once more for a total of 12 minutes!. Pull them out, turn the oven off and transfer the steaks to a plate to rest for 10 minutes!. After 10 minutes they will be ready to go!.

First of all What kind of steak did you buy!. Not all steaks are treated the same!.
I would just take them out about 40 minutes before cooking them to get them to Room Temp!. also turn your oven on to 350!. Get a saute pan nice and hot (a pan you can also put into the oven) put your steak in the pan (that was seasoned with salt and pepper - the steak not the pan) let it sear and brown on one side then flip it over!. Put just a little butter on top of the steak and throw it in the oven!. Cook it to your liking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

marinade in a dark beer for 30min to an hour!. Use marinade add garlic (salt, powder, whatever you got), any other spice that suits your fancy!. Red pepper if you want it spicy, Sage if you want it robust!. Put in skillet chop an onion if you like them and cover on low heat for 20-30 min checking often to not over cook based on your taste!.
If you want to give a quick "grill like" scorch pour out any left over juice add a bit of butter, turn up the heat on high and scorch both sides quickly!. Poof!. Sounds complicated but actually only about 5min of prep and 25 just watching the stove so you don't over cook it!.
And if you don't drink, balsamic vinegar, whorchaser, or a1 diluted works also but the bubblies in the beer makes it very tender and all the boos burns out of the stake once complete!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am the steak expert!.!.!.!. For 30 minutes before cooking, add some soy sauce and pepper --garlic & onion powder are great to marinate too!. Place steaks in marinade and refrigerate!. Take out and let sit for at least 15 min!. Now, if you have olive oil, (if not a light oil) drizzle a little over the top of the steak!. Put a (I like cast iron) on the burner and get it pretty hot-med to med hight heat!. Turn on your oven to about 400 degrees!. Now when the pan is hot, put the oiled and seasoned side of the steak down in the pan!. Let fry for 2 to 3 min-depending on thickness of steak and how you like it!. while frying, drizzle oil on the uncooked side and add a little salt and peeper!. flip and cook the other side, now pull the pan off the stove eye and if it is oven safe put the pan in the oven!. I like to throw a clove of garlic and a diced tomato in with it(thats optional) If not an oven safe pan, transfer and put in oven for 10 min or so!. If you want a great gravy, add a little more oil to the pan and stir it with what it left in the pan from the steak and add a teaspoon on flour over med-low heat!. with a wisk or fork, stir the flour around and let it brown!.!.DO NOT LET IT BURN!!!! after a couple mintues of the flour cooking, you can either add (I prefer beef stock or chicken stock) or you can add a red wine and a little water!. mix the flour and liquid and get all the steak pcs loose from the bottom of the pan!. turn the heat up a little because your sauce has to boil to thicken!. It just take a minute and you can add more water or stock!.!.!.!.If you had the tomatoes or garlic raosting in the pan, throw them in your graavy and mix together!. Let your steaks stand about 5 min and pour the sauce over them!.!.!.!.!.!.Can you say yummy!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sprinkle them with salt & pepper and fry them in a little (very little) oil until almost as done as you like them (they will cook a little bit longer after you take them out of the pan!.) Take steaks out of pan, add a little olive oil and saute some sliced onions and mushrooms!. Serve onions & mushrooms on top of steak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
This works really great if you have a cast iron pan!. Heat it on high with some butter and olive oil!. Rub Cajun seasoning all over the steaks!. Sear the steaks on both sides!. (Don't move them until ready to flip or they won't sear!.) When both sides are done, put the pan in the oven at about 400F until they're as done as you want them!.
