This is the one I always use and get alot of raves about them!. They take a little time but they are very good!.
Peanut Butter Balls
Crush 1/3 # (1 Pkg) Graham Crackers into very fine crumbs
(I put them in my food processor)
2 sticks Margerine
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1# Powdered Sugar
Mix the above until smooth!. Make into balls the size of a walnut and place on a cookie sheet, chill in the Refrigerater for several hours!.
Melt 1/2 choc!. & 1/2 white Bark!. Dip balls in Choc!. and let dry on the cookie sheet or in a cool place!.
Store in a cool place!. I melt the bark in the microware on level 7, stirring and heating until just melted, then start dipping!. You may have to heat it some more as you go along if it gets too thick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
