We like Tony's Creole Seasoning as a great rub, or this one- Smokin' Dry Rub

? 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
? 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder (ancho)
? 2 Tablespoons of Paprika
? 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
? 2 Tablespoons of Cumin
? 1 Tablespoon of Dry Mustard
? 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
