I'm really sick of eating the same thing!. I asked this before, but didn't get too far!. I'm going to the store in a little bit and I need some ideas!. I have a 21 month old, and he normally eats what I eat!. We really like pasta!. But we only normally eat it with Ragu with hamburger(and some seasonings)!. So any other pasta ideas would be great! also maybe some chicken ideas and a healthy idea or 2!.
I was thinking of baked ziti, but I'm really picky, so I'm affraid of using a different sauce or something!. If somebody knows of a REALLY good recipe let me know!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can buy some goat cheese - cook the pasta, make some veggies to go in it, and then put the cheese in with it!. The cheese melts really fast, its a mild flavor and its great!. It will be less thick than an alfredo and its really good and healthy!. You can put chicken in this as well!.

Swiss Steak - get some cubed steak (its cheap), brown it with some onions (you don't have to eat them)!. Once the mat is browned, take it out!. Leave the onions in the pan, add a clove of garlic chopped in half, some bell pepper slices - cook them until the onions are clear!.!.add a can of tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes!.
Once the sauce is done, place the meat in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it and bake it for about 1 hour!. You can cook this in the oven for hours and hours, the longer you do it, the more tender it is!. You can also chop potatos and add them to the pan, carrots, etc!. Its easy, my 21 month old daughter LOVES it because cube steak is really tender and easy to chew, and cube steak is CHEAP!.

Taco Noodle Dish:
Boil egg noodles
cook hamburger with taco seasoning, add a can of tomato sauce, a can of chopped chilis, and a small can of chopped olives!.
Drain noodles, put them in a bowl with 1/4 uf sourcream and mix them together with a bit of shredded cheese!.
Put the noodles in the bottom of a baking dish, put the meat sauce on top and bake for 30 minutes on 350!.
While it is cooking you can chop up lettuce, tomato, onion, etc -anything you like on tacos!.
When you serve the casserole, put the salad stuff on top with a dollop of sourcream and salsa!. Its great, and my daughter loves it too!

In the asian food aisle - look for some peanut sauce that is in a taller diamond shaped bottle!. I can't remember the name of it!. Anyways, it tastes like peanut sauce from a Thai food place!. You can grill some chicken and veggies, cook some minute rice and pour this over it - its great and healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
