I love mine fried!. Don't think it not healthy either!. It is how you fry that makes it bad for you not frying itself!.
Make an egg wash for dipping the pork chops in with egg, a tablespoon of hot sauce and a tablespoon of mustard!. Whisk it together and blend well!.
Get some seasoned flour or season your own and have it next to the egg wash!.
Dip the pork chop in the flour and then the egg wash and then the flour again!. Ready to fry up to a golden brown and trust me, you will not taste the hot sauce unless you soak the meat in the egg wash!.
Make sure you oil is hot enough by inserting the end of a wooden spoon in it and when it bubbles around the end of the spoon the oil is ready for the pork chop!. This is handy to remember and a lot easier than using a thermometer!.
Bone in fry about 4 minutes on each side turning once!. Bone out try three minutes on medium high!.
Perfect every time and like I say the hot sauce works magic like the mustard does and you will have a good end result!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
