Question: I need a really good brownie recipe!?
I need to make brownies for a bake sale, but when I make them, they never turn out good!. So I'm looking for a really good recipe that makes moist, chewy, chocolatey, and delicious brownies!.

My husband is in the military, and I bring these to the functions we get invited to!. They are easy and delicious, and they go really fast!!

1 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter ( must use butter, not margarine)
4 eggs

These are some great brownies recipes! The first is my favorite!
Fudgy Brownies
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
Melt the butter and chocolate together first and then mix all the other ingredients in order!. Bake in a square pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes!.

Peanut Butter- Hazelnut Brownies
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder (non-alkalized)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Dash salt
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup hazelnut-chocolate spread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!. Grease a 9 by 13-inch glass baking dish!.
Melt the butter over low heat; when melted remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla!. Add the eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition!. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, and mix well!.

Mix the peanut butter and chocolate spread in a small microwave-proof bowl, and heat in the microwave until it reaches a runny consistency!. Stir the mixture into the batter; then pour it into the baking dish!. Bake for 30 minutes!. Allow to cool before cutting and serving!.

Marbleized Brownies
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 square semisweet chocolate
1/8 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F!.
Completely line a 9 by 13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil (shiny-side down) and grease the insides!.

Cream butter until soft!. Add sugars, eggs, 1 at a time, and vanilla!. Add flour and salt!.

Melt chocolates in a double boiler and add baking soda!.

Put 2/3 of the white batter into the baking dish!. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the remaining batter!. Mix thoroughly and spoon onto the white batter in the baking dish!. Take a knife and cut through to marbleize!. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes!. Freeze the brownies when done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes!. Do not overcook!.

Fudgie Brownies
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
4 medium eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cups flour

Mrs!. Field's Cheesecake Brownie Cups

These are easy to make, and must less pricey than in the mall!.

Ingredients
3 Tbs!. butter, softened
2-3 oz pkg!. cream cheese, softened
1/3 C!. sugar
2 Tbs!. flour
1 tsp!. vanilla

Brownies:
2 C!. sugar
1 1/4 C!. flour
1/4 tsp!. salt
6 Tbs!. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 C!. vegetable oil
1 tsp!. vanilla

Directions
Mix butter, cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla and blend well, set aside!.

Mix all brownie ingredients together until smooth!. Reserve 1/2 C!. of brownie batter for topping cream cheese mixture!. Fill cupcake cups 1/2 full, spoon cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter until the cupcake cup is 3/4 full!. Top with a scant tsp!. of brownie batter!. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven between 20-25 minutes until done!.

1 box brownie mix ( Duncan Hines, Betty Crocker, whatever), 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup sour cream!. Prepare batter according to instructions, add half the chips and the sour cream, blend well, pour into baking dish ( well greased), sprinkle top with balance of chips!. Bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
