this is mine,the one with avocado is from all recipe

1 can of petite diced tomatoes or regular size is fine!.
1 small white or yellow onion
2-3 tsp!. of Tabasco or your choice of hot sauce!.
1 tbsp!. of green chilies!.
1 diced jalapeno chile pepper,leave out the seeds!.
pinch of salt
1/3 cup of cold water



* 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels, thawed
* 2 (2!.25 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives, drained
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 5 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/3 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Fresh Salsa


INGREDIENTS
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup finely diced onion
5 serrano chiles, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lime juice


DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, salt, and lime juice!. Chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped, seeded tomato
1 cup chopped, seeded cucumber
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 diced jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp!. lime juice
1/4 tsp!. salt!.

In a medium bowl, combine ingredients!. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours!.

Savory Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup avocado, seeded, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, coarsely choppes, seeded
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lime peel, finely shredded
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 to 2 tablespoons jalapeno chile pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely cracked

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine ingredients!. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours!. Makes 12 (1/4 cup servings)!.

Fresh Peach Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups chopped, peeled fresh peaches
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped, seeded fresh jalapeno peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro

Directions
In a medium mixing bowl stir together peaches, onion, lime juice, peppers, garlic, and cilantro!. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours!. Makes 2 cups (sixteen 2-tablespoon servings)!.

Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups chopped, peeled mangoes or peaches
1 medium red sweet pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl!. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours!. Makes 2 cups!.

Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 medium red sweet pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 Scotch bonnet or hot green chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
In medium bowl stir together mango, sweet pepper, green onions, chile pepper, oil, lime peel, lime juice, vinegar, salt, and black pepper!. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours!. Makes 2 cups!.

Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
1 small papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 small nectarines, pitted and chopped
2 hot red or jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons snipped cilantro or parsley
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons honey

Directions
Stir together the papaya, nectarine, hot red or jalapeno peppers, 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 2 teaspoons honey in a medium bowl!. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 2 to 6 hours!.

Papaya Salsa
1 small papaya and/or mango, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped (about 1-1/3 cups) - I actually like to use both
1/3 cup chopped, peeled jicama
2 tablespoons pineapple juice or orange juice
1 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
1/3 cup chopped red sweet pepper

Directions
For salsa, wear plastic gloves to halve serrano pepper; remove seeds, stem, and veins; finely chop!. In a bowl toss together serrano pepper, papaya or mango, sweet pepper, jicama, pineapple or orange juice, and cilantro or parsley!. Set aside!.

2 Med Tomatoes, diced
1/3 Cup Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 Tablespoon Cilantro, stems removed and chopped
1/2 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
Mix together, cover and refrigerate!.

DIVINE SALSA RECIPE:
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
5 tomatoes
2 red onions
3 tablespoons fruit chutney
1 tablespoon cajun spice

Deseed and chop all the ingredients ery inely!. mix together and enjoy with guacamole and pungent cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
