I use a lot and "Yes", it does have a slightly beige tingle to it both the full fat, and 2% the fat fee is more watery looking, I live in an apartment 8 unit complex here in Canada, and one of the tenants left in a hurry (the boys in "Blue" came a knocking), he got some of his food stuffs from a local food bank, when he left the superintendent had to clean out his place, he had a can of outdate in his frig, it was caramel coloured, it had expired in 1999!.

And he had opened it and was using it!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, but then i guess it all depends on the brand!. The key to finding out whether or not is is good is to smell it!. then you will be able to detect if it is spoil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When the water is removed by evaporation, the resulting product is not as white!.
If the can was sealed, it should be fine to use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It really depends on the brand!.
I suggest you look at the exp!. date and make sure its still good!. Then smell the milk!. I prefer carnation though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
