Dumplings, How to cook in the oven?!
I want to make dumplings but in the oven, NOT boiled in the stew, What is the best way to do this!? Do i make up the mixture the same as i would to boil!? Thanks Kay xWww@FoodAQ@Com

By the way if u dont want it to boil then why dont you make pan fried or stem dumplings it really taste nice because the idea of baking them will make them crispy(if u like crispy then its fine)

i guess you cant steam them and then fry them!?!?
i would prepare them the same way but while doing that heat up the baking dish in the oven so its nice n hot when your ready to bake!. also put oil in the pan so they get brownedWww@FoodAQ@Com

You'll end up with a biscuit!. But really, how bad can that be!. It's frustrating because the stew always sticks to the pan when I make dumplings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
