Favorite E-Z recipes you might want to try!.
Good Luck & enjoy!.

COLA CHICKEN
(And more variations of recipe)
(My personal favorites…!.using this recipe
are the ‘wings & ribs…!.ummm good!)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup catsup
1 12oz!. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc!.)

Put chicken in a non-stick pan!.
Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken!.
Bring to a boil!. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes!.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking!.!.!.to prevent from sticking to pan)
Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce
becomes thick and adheres to the chicken!.
It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce!. Yummmm!

You can double the recipe and use more pieces of
chicken!.!.!.!.wings!.!.!.would be ideal!.!.!.add some hot sauce!.!.!.!.presto "Hot Wings"!

I have used Ribs, just as good!.

I tried this recipe with 'meatballs'!.!.!.!.was equally
as good!.!.!.served over rice!.

I found another variation!.!.!.!.!.omit the catsup and add a small jar of Salsa (any variety)!.
I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup!.!.!.!.not)!.
You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be messed up!.!.!.!.wouldn't you!?!?
Well!.!.!.while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe
using Salsa!.!.!.!.!.I was also trying to carry on a conversation with my
husband!.!.!.(just proves!.!.!.I can't do two things at once)!.!.!.!.mixed Salsa & Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) & Cola!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.still turned out really tasty (to me)!.!.!.might be a little sweeter than some of you like!.

I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)
but!.!.!.I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo Wings packet!.!.!.(the kind you get to bake in the oven)!.!.!.!.!.I thought it was really good!.!.!.!.!.(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken)!.

Finally!.!.!.!.!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.that's good , too!.

Another (bright)idea!.!.!.!.!.I thought of trying!.!.!.!.!.!.replace the
catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce!.!.!.and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp!.!.!.!.!.!
Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce!.!.!.!.!.!.eh!.!.!.wasn't all that
great!.!.!.was OK!.!.!.probably won't be fixing it again!.

also tried beef stew cuts!.!.!.!.!.!.that was pretty good!.!.!.!.!.I can see
myself making this again!.
Served both over rice!.!.!.!.!.think the stew cuts would have been just as
good over noodles!.

Try little cocktail wieners/sausages…for appetizers!.

Chopped Shrimp
Chopped (or minced) Garlic
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Honey
Vinegar soaked cabbage Leaves
Freshly Chopped Basil Leaves
Salt n Pepper

Mix all the ingredients according to your taste and the amount you need, in a bowl!. Wet the rice paper with water!. Spread it on a dry cloth towel!. Take a handful of the chicken-shrimp mixture and roll it in the paper to make spring rolls!. You can either shallow fry or deep fry these!. Serve with freshly chopped basil, vinegar soaked cabbage leaves and a hot/sweet sauce of your choice!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a few ideas for you:

Chicken Quesadillas

Marinate your chicken breasts in fahita sauce!. (I use World Harbor brand!.!.!.I think that's the name-clear bottle, blue lid-Delicious!) Bake in the oven on 400 degrees until done (about 20 minutes)!. In the meantime, open 1-2 cans of diced green chilies (depending on your taste!.) Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces!. If you have a quesadilla maker, heat that, otherwise you can use the microwave!. Put a soft tortilla shell first, then layer the chicken, cheese, green chilies and bacon bits or crumbled bacon!. Place another tortilla shell on top and heat until the cheese is melted!. Serve with sour cream!.

I make a dinner where I take pizza dough, spread it out on the pan, put on bologna, or salami, or both, (or any other type of pre-packaged lunch meat you have and/or like) with some cheese, roll it up, put butter and garlic salt on the top, and bake it in a 375 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top, and not doughy inside anymore!. Slice it up, and it feeds several people!. Serve with fries and a veggie!.

You can also make shephard's pie with 1/2 pound ground turkey meat or hamburger meat, cooked, mixed with 1-2 cans of creamed corn!. Put that in the bottom of a baking pan and spread mashed potatoes on top!. I usually put american cheese on top, but you don't have to!. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes!. Make gravy for people to put on top, if they want it!.

I also make what I call "little pizza's"!. I take the buttermilk bisquits that come in the blue can in the refridgerated section!. I cook up 1/2 pound of turkey meat/hamburger meat (but you can do it without the meat) and mix it with tomatoe sauce that I make myself!. Put a little bit of the meat/sauce mixture, or the sauce, on each one with a little bit of velveeta, mozzarella, or american cheese on top!. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 6-8 minutes (keep an eye on it so they don't burn!.) Each can makes 10 little pizzas!. Serve with potatoes and a veggie!. Yum!

Desserts:

I made a dessert pizza with Nutella as the "sauce" on a Bobolli's thin crust pizza, and put marshmallows, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips!. You can add marachino cherries, nuts, or whatever you like!. It's a bit sticky, but it came out GOOD!!

I have a recipe for VERY sweet cookies, that are DELICIOUS!!

Nutty-Noodly Clusters:

1-12 oz!. package chocolate chips
1-12 oz!. package butterscotch chips
6 oz!. LaChoy Chow Mein Noodles (the dry ones)
1/2 cup cashews

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a double boiler, over low heat, stirring constantly!. (If you don't have a double boiler, use a pan on the bottom with a little water in it, and a metal bowl on top, or other smaller pan on top, with the chips in it!.) Remove from heat and quickly stir in noodles and nuts so they are evenly coated!. Drop out by teasponsful onto wax paper, chill and refridgerate!.

Makes 24 clusters!.

Yummy!!!!

**As for veggies that go good together, I like the brocolli, cauliflower and carrots combo!. also, green beans and corn go good together!. also, I like to grill squash, zucchini, and grape tomatoes!. Yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com
