Cornish game hens?!

Question: Cornish game hens!?
I've cooked them before at a low temperature for about 2 hours and they always turn out super tender and juicy!. For some reason, I'm getting a craving for them right now!. I'm at work, but I don't get off until 11:00pm!. I was going to go by Kroger and buy some after work (they're on sale! Yay!)!. At what temperature should I cook them at and for how long!? I don't want to cook them for 2 hours because that'll be too late for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
