Question: I need all-purpose, but all I have is self-rising flour!?
Is it true that if you have self-rising and need all-purpose flour, that you can just not add the salt and baking powder that a recipe calls for!? If not, what can I do!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, if you have self rising it already has the baking powder in it!. Taste to see if it has salt in it or not!. Some does and some doesn't!.

Do not add baking soda or baking powder depending on which is called for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
