Any web sites for recipes for picky adults?!
My partner will NOT eat vegetables!. I can sneak in an onion occasionally but I have to chop it up into molecule sized bits!. We pretty much exist on Spaghetti, Mac and Cheese, Hot Dogs, Pizza, and occasionally Chicken Alfredo!. I'm out of ideas! Do you know of any websites or books that might cater to such finicky tastes!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

My husband is the same way!. He's actually starting to like them now!. I just finely chop all veggies, using a food processor helps if you have one!. Depending on what I'm making I might puree the vegetables!. For instance if you are making spaghetti, puree the onions, tomatoes, garlic, peppers, whatever and add to the sauce!. This works for sauces, soups, and stews!. also, if vegetables are in sauce he is usually more willing to eat them!. He will eat veggies in stir-fries, or other saucey dishes!. Maybe you can make Spinach Chicken Alfredo instead of just Chicken Alfredo!. Or makes sauces to go over the veggies!. He really likes this one, but he hates carrots otherwise!.
