Can you cook chicken in the Microwave?!
How do you know if it's done!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
It all depends on if it's whole or chicken pieces!. Put chicken breasts in a casserole dish, drizzle on some Italian dressing, cover with the lid, and you have delicious moist chicken in a few minutes!. Just cut a slit in the thickest part of the meat to check to see if it is cooked through!. You may want to adjust the meat during cooking because where it overlaps in the dish can take longer to cook!. I just stop it half way through and scoot it around in the dish and turn the pieces over, then repace the lid and continue to cook!. As I mentioned, the way to know that it is done is to cut a slit in the THICKEST part of the meat and make sure that the juices aren't pink!. Enjoy! By the way,!. if you don't like using Italian dressing, you can cook it without, then when the chicken is done, pour on some Alfredo sauce or whatever, replace the lid, and cook it a couple of more minutes until the sauce is warmed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It can be risky cooking chicken in the microwave oven because the oven cooks unevenly!. The same piece of chicken can be several different temperatures at the same time! If you have healthy people over the age of 5 in your household, this is an easy method for microwaving chicken!. Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a glass dish with the thin side of the breasts in the center!. Pour 3/4 cup cup buttermilk over the chicken, sprinkle with herbs and spices of your choice, cover plate with plastic wrap, and cook on high for 3 minutes!. Check the chicken, then cook for 2 minutes longer!. Rearrange the chicken using tongs, cover again, and microwave for 3-5 minutes longer until internal temp is 160 degrees F!. Discard buttermilk mixture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Technically, it's feasible, but not very appetizing!.
Any meat needs to be seared to seal the juices;
otherwise they will leak out as temperature increases!.
Chicken ends up looking very gray, all you heat is the water!.
Microwaves are great for thawing or defrosting meats!.
They're also good for reheating, because they don't brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
