Question: Is roast beef bad for you!?
i was going to to eat a roast beef sandwich and i was wondering how bad it is compared to other meats like fish, chicken, tuna!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

not for me, what do u mean "bad"!? its a meat and should be counted as such!. the key is to eat a healthy well balanced diet!.!.!.if all u eat is roast beef yes that is bad for u because you're not getting the proper nutrition, but roast beef is not "bad"Www@FoodAQ@Com

Humans have been eating it for a million years not necessarily beef but similar bovine!.!.
Chickens are just another bird ptarmigan quail pigeon grouse pheasant turkey!.!.!.!.

There is nothing bad for you with roast beef!!

Beef is loaded with ZIP!! Zinc, Iron, Protein among other nutrients!.

All the meats listed are similar in nutrition except beef has more hemi iron that is immediately usable in the human body!.

roast beef is not bad for you since it is relatively lean, but it is still red meat so it is not as good for you as other forms of protein such as fish chicken or protein because it is higher in fat!.!.!. but, anything is ok in moderation, so it is fine to eat every once in a whileWww@FoodAQ@Com
