Or in the oven in foil with slices of onion, oranges, lemons and lots of butter on top then doused in Sherry wine (NOT cooking sherry)!. Bake for 1 hour @ 350F!. Uncover for the last 15 minutes of cooking!. Discard the onions and citrus fruit slices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chinook or King is the very best, in my opinion! I like to cook them simply--salt,pepper, minced garlic and broiled until 30 seconds from being done, then a light spred of good mayo over all, broiled until golden brown!.!.!.serve with a wedge of lemon, rice or steamed potatoes and some asparagus or broccoli and you are (I am) in heaven!.
Another favorite company dish is to make a mixture of crab, mayo and cream cheese, garlic, dill or green onion, and cut a pocket in the sides of the salmon and grill or bake until done!. Oh--so good!.!.!.!.!.
oh--btw: I bought some chum a couple of years ago because the price was unbelievable!.!.!.!.threw that puppy away!.!.!.couldn't even eat it; it turned out to be unbelievable alright!.!.!.and I'll NEVER buy it again!.!.!.I'll wait and spend the $'s for King!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
