OK that gets real tricky are you a diabetic!? or just looking to keep it light and lean!.
Fresh fruit topped with a very SMALL amount of splenda and whipped skim milk sweetened (again splenda and maybe just a drop or 2 of your favorite flovoring like vanilla for example)
always great would also be superb if you were diabetic!.
Yes skim milk whips up just like heavy cream if it is extremely cold! yeah who knew right & with a hand mixer!
also angel food cake is very easy to buy or to make yourself there are many wonderful mixes for that cake out there if your not interested in being a scratch baker and believe me there is nothing wrong with that!. Top your cake with mixed fruits!.


If diabetes is not your issue you can usually get away with 50% sugar and 50% splenda if you are a sratch or home made baker!. you really dont miss what is missing! WARNING: IF YOU TRY TO MAKE ANGEL FOOD CAKE WITH SPLENDA YOU WILL GET A REALLY NICE ROCK!! IT KILLS THE BUBBLES THAT HOLD UP THE CAKE!!!
Jello is always an option!. A little boring but again spice it up again with fruit and some whipped cream or whipped skim milk!. I know that I have said fruit until your tired of hearing it
but fruits like strawberries, bing cherries, bananas and peaches contain a LOT of natural sugar and if given the opportunity to satisfy the sweet craving they can be an awsome alternative!. Just like you requested No cottage cheese, Ick how does that satisfy anything!.!.!.!. some thing else that I have tried is won ton wrappers lay them out on a baking pan single layer top with 50 % splenda 50 % sugar and cinnamon to taste maybe 1/2 to 1 teaspoon be careful its strong !.
Use No calorie spray margarine to spritz the wrappers sprinkle on cinnamon sugar splenda , and bake until crispy in a hot over 400 ish you can tell when they begin to brown there done and you get to crunch and its sweet

Spiced Apples

INGREDIENTS
6 Granny Smith apples
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons white sugar
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons cinnamon red hot candies

Peel, core, and slice apples!.
Place all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl!. Microwave on high for 15 minutes, stirring each 5 minutes!.
Cover with plastic wrap and let cool or serve warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
