Roast Pork Help!!!?!

Question: Roast Pork Help!!!!?
I’m cooking a roast pork, because my mother is in the hospital with my brother!.
So I did all the vegetables and the pork in the over and put it in at 240 degrees like my mother said when she was leaving!.

However, my stupid obnoxious stepfather turned it down to 200 because he said that was enough! By the time I realized it was too late to have it blaring at 240 again, so I left it at 200, there’s about 30 mins till it needs to come out of the over ( im writing as its cooking)

Long story short = the crackle has been ruined!

It’s a rolled pork so, my question remains; is there anyway to save the crackle, and make it crisp!?!!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Most Certainly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.the Pork loin is obviously cooked thoroughly now but if you want that "crackle", you're probably going to have to put it under the broiler for a moment or so, or sear it in a saute pan!. Unfortunately, both of these attempts to revive your "crackle" will result in a longer cooking process and will probably overcook your pork!. Sorry!. I wish I knew the size of your Roasted Pork and exactly how long you had cooked it already!. If the crackle is unsaveable, don't over cook it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and enjoy it as it is!. You can chalk this up as everyone else does!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.lesson learned for next time!. I hope I've helped you out tonight, prayers to your brother on his quick recovery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure because I never do crackling but maybe if you detach it from the joint and put it back into the oven while you're carving the joint, serving etc!? That might work!.

However, you might like to think about not doing it anyway as crackling is SO incredibly bad for a person! (Though I know it's also delicious)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
